Other energy efficiency and water saving upgrades include a solar thermal hot water system with an on-demand hot water circulation loop, dual-flush toilets and low-flow bathroom fixtures, Energy Star Appliances, programmable thermostat with high efficiency gas furnace and air conditioners, mechanical ventilation, as well as a 5000 gallon rainwater collection system for irrigation.
